HIMARAYA Downhill 5000m

This is a record of my trekking HIMARAYA Mountains with my mountain bike.
I went Nepal at September 1994 alone.

It spent 19 days treked around the Annapurna circuit alone.
I carried my mountain bike and 13kg attack zack while trekking.
Everyday I pushed,carried,and rode on the bike at single track.
And,I enjoyed himarayan nature,culture and scene.

I have tourism about this in Japanese.
